Solutions
Six practices.
One way of working.
We do not sell licences to a product you have to bend around. We build the system your process already implies, then keep it running. Here is what that looks like by practice.
01 — AI voice agents
AI voice agents
A caller reaches an agent that speaks like a person, knows your business, and can actually finish the task — booking, checking, ordering, or routing to the right human.

- Reception and triage
- Answers every call on the first ring, identifies intent, and routes or resolves. No menus, no hold music as a strategy.
- Bookings and reminders
- Reads live availability, books, confirms, and calls back to remind — in the caller's language.
- Status and order lines
- Looks the answer up in your systems and gives it, instead of promising that someone will call back.
- Clean escalation
- Hands to a human with the full context of the call already summarised, so nobody repeats themselves.
02 — Internal tools
Internal tools
The operational software your company runs on, shaped to your process. ProHR is our own: a complete HR platform, built and running in Riyadh.

- People and HR operations
- Employee records, contracts, leave, documents, org structure, and role-based access — the ProHR pattern, adapted to you.
- Approvals and workflow
- Requests that route themselves, escalate on time, and leave an audit trail your finance team will accept.
- Operations dashboards
- One screen that tells the duty manager what needs attention right now, assembled from every system you already pay for.
- Document handling
- Invoices, contracts, IDs, and forms read, checked, filed, and turned into records without anyone retyping them.
03 — Applications & websites
Applications & websites
Customer-facing software and marketing sites that are quick, bilingual, accessible, and genuinely connected to the systems behind them.

- Web applications
- Portals, booking systems, marketplaces, and back offices — built on the same stack as this site, hosted at the edge.
- Bilingual by construction
- Arabic and English as equal locales, right-to-left done properly, not a translation plugin bolted on at the end.
- Connected, not decorative
- A submission becomes a record, a notification, and a follow-up. The site is part of the operation, not a brochure.
- Fast and accessible
- Real performance budgets and WCAG contrast and keyboard requirements treated as acceptance criteria.
04 — Recruitment & onboarding AI
Recruitment & onboarding AI
The pipeline from first CV to a productive first day, with the reading, coordinating, and provisioning taken off your team.

- Screening at depth
- Every application read against the actual role and shortlisted with reasons you can audit — not keyword matching.
- Interview coordination
- Scheduling that resolves across calendars and timezones, with structured scorecards prepared per candidate.
- Offers and documents
- Offer letters, contracts, and compliance paperwork generated from your templates and tracked to signature.
- Day-one provisioning
- Accounts, access, equipment, and the induction checklist issued automatically — and verified as done.
05 — Process automation
Process automation
The unglamorous middle of a business. Work that moves data, chases people, and produces the same report every Monday morning.

- System-to-system sync
- The two systems that do not talk, made to talk — reliably, with reconciliation you can inspect.
- Document intelligence
- Scanned and emailed documents read, validated against your rules, and posted where they belong.
- Reporting and alerting
- The recurring report produced on time, and the exception surfaced the hour it happens rather than at month end.
- Inbox and queue triage
- Shared mailboxes and ticket queues classified, drafted, and prioritised before a person opens them.
06 — Spatial intelligence
Spatial intelligence
Our specialist practice, and where the company started. Spatial data turned into working applications without a GIS team behind it.

- Fleet and asset operations
- Driver and vehicle behaviour, route analysis, anomaly detection, and fraud flags surfaced for dispatch teams.
- Stakeholder engagement
- Public comment maps, multilingual outreach, and AI-summarised feedback — the subject of our founder's thesis.
- Project and permit tracking
- Land acquisition, permits, and infrastructure status seen geographically instead of in a spreadsheet of coordinates.
- Decisions, not decoration
- The system tells you what is worth looking at. A map that does not lead to a decision is a picture.
How an engagement runs
Short, fixed, and visible.
- 01
Call
Thirty minutes. You describe the problem; we say honestly whether it is a project, a small automation, or something you should not pay anyone for.
- 02
Scope
A written scope with a fixed price and a date. Paid discovery only when the problem genuinely needs investigation first.
- 03
Build
Two to eight weeks for most systems, with something you can click on inside the first two.
- 04
Hand over
Your accounts, your data, your code, documented. Training for the people who will use it.
- 05
Maintain
Optional flat monthly fee. We keep it running, current, and improving. Cancel whenever.
Not sure which one it is?
That is the call.
Describe the problem in your own words. We will tell you which practice it belongs to, or that it does not need us.
