Client systems and the spatial platform sit behind identity-based access control. If you are expecting access and do not have it, the fastest route is email.

   Access is tied to your work identity, not a shared password. Single sign-on where your organisation supports it.

   Least privilege

   You are granted the systems and the records your role needs, and nothing else. Changes are logged.

   Ask a person

   Access requests go to a human who checks them. There is no self-service door on production systems.
