The Blueprint

Credited against the build
Nobody should commit to a build off one conversation. The Blueprint is a paid piece of thinking. We map how the work moves today, design what would replace it, model the return on your real numbers, and quote the build at a fixed price.

Credited in full against a build booked within thirty days. Sometimes the answer is that nothing here is worth building. We write that down instead, and you have spent $2,500 to avoid spending a great deal more.
Step one
The build
Inbox triage from $15,000. Everything else quoted after a Blueprint.
One price for the system, agreed before work starts, with a delivery date attached. Inbox triage has a published starting price because we have built it enough times to know what it costs. The other practices run from two to eight weeks depending on the work, so they get a real quote rather than a guess dressed as a price list. You own the result outright: your code, your data, your cloud accounts.

Small automations are often a few days rather than a few weeks, and priced accordingly. We will tell you when that is the case. The first three clients pay $10,000 and $1,500 a month in exchange for a named case study and a reference call.
Step two
Keeping it current

The part most agencies do badly. AI systems drift. Models change, integrations move, and what you need from it grows. This keeps yours current and gives you somewhere to send changes.
- Hosting, monitoring, backups, and uptime
- Bug fixes and security patching

- Support in Arabic or English from the person who built it
- A quarterly review of what the system should do next
Optional, cancellable at any time. Cancel and the system is still yours. You get the repository, the credentials, a runbook, and a walkthrough call.

Questions we get
- Do I have to take the monthly fee?
- No. Take the build, run it yourself, and come back when you want changes. We would rather you pay monthly because it is worth it than because you are trapped.
- Is it really 7,500 SAR for anything?
- 7,500 SAR / $2,000 a month is the rate for a system of ordinary size and traffic, and it includes 4 hours of change work. A large multi-tenant platform with heavy inference costs is quoted separately. Quoted in writing, not metered by surprise.
- Who pays for the AI model usage and cloud hosting?
- It runs in your cloud accounts, so those bills are yours and visible to you. We size them during scoping and tell you the expected monthly range before you commit. We do not resell compute at a markup.
- What if I want to leave?
- You take everything. The code is in your repository, the data is in your accounts, the documentation is written for someone else to pick up. Cancelling maintenance stops the fee and nothing else.
- How fast can you start?
- Usually within two weeks of a signed scope. The first call can happen this week.
- Do you work with small businesses?
- Deliberately, yes. A ten-person clinic or workshop benefits most from one small automation built properly, and is the business most likely to have been quoted an absurd number for it.
