Pricing

One build fee.
One flat fee to keep it alive.

You are not renting a product. You are buying a system that belongs to you, and optionally paying us to keep it running well. That is the whole model.

Step one

The build

Fixed, quoted per project

One price for the system, agreed before work starts, with a delivery date attached. Most engagements land between two and eight weeks. You own the result outright: your code, your data, your cloud accounts.

  • Written scope with a fixed price and date
  • Design and build of the system
  • Arabic and English where the system needs both
  • Deployment into your own cloud accounts
  • Documentation and team training
  • Thirty days of corrections after handover, included

Small automations are often a few days rather than a few weeks, and priced accordingly. We will tell you when that is the case.

Maintenance & continuous improvement

600 SAR

$200 · per month, per system

The part most agencies do badly. AI systems drift: models change, integrations move, requirements grow. This keeps yours current and gives you somewhere to send changes.

  • Hosting, monitoring, backups, and uptime
  • Bug fixes and security patching
  • Model and dependency upgrades as they ship
  • A running queue of change requests you can add to
  • Support in Arabic or English from someone who built it
  • A quarterly review of what the system should do next

Optional and cancellable at any time. If you cancel, the system is still yours — we hand over cleanly rather than holding it hostage.

Questions we get

Do I have to take the maintenance fee?
No. It is optional and cancellable monthly. Plenty of clients take the build, run it themselves, and come back when they want changes. We would rather you take it because it is worth it than because you are trapped.
Is it really 600 SAR for anything?
600 SAR / $200 per month is the standard rate for a system of ordinary size and traffic. A large multi-tenant platform with heavy inference costs is quoted separately — but it is quoted, in writing, not metered by surprise.
Who pays for the AI model usage and cloud hosting?
It runs in your cloud accounts, so those bills are yours and visible to you. We size them during scoping and tell you the expected monthly range before you commit. We do not resell compute at a markup.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything. The code is in your repository, the data is in your accounts, the documentation is written for someone else to pick up. Cancelling maintenance stops the fee and nothing else.
How fast can you start?
Usually within two weeks of a signed scope. The first call can happen this week.
Do you work with small businesses?
Deliberately, yes. A ten-person clinic or workshop is exactly who benefits most from a small, well-built automation, and exactly who has been quoted absurd numbers for one.
